Our school is situated in the heart of Whissendine village, in the County of Rutland. We are close to the Leicestershire border and near to both the historic towns of Oakham and Melton Mowbray. We are a popular school... We are very proud of our school, our staff team and, of course, our children! In 2006, 2010 and 2013 we were graded as Outstanding by Ofsted. We are incredibly proud of our hat trick!... At Whissendine School we recognise that every child is special and unique and we strive to meet the needs of every child at our school.
