Elutions was originally founded in 1992 by TECO Energy (Tampa Electric Company), and was formerly known as TeCOM. As part of a global growth strategy to extend its reach into European markets and advance its energy technology solutions, Elutions acquired a leading European-based provider of SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) technologies called Wizcon Systems in 2006. This acquisition established Elutions European Holdings, LTD (a U.K.-based holding Company). In an effort to further broaden its portfolio of energy savings solutions, Elutions acquired certain assets of Lime Energy's energy technology division in 2009... We strive to solve the largest of our clients' problems, whilst maintaining the loyalty, intimacy and culture that we all treasure and which contributes greatly to our success... Wizcon SCADA is a legacy system and precursor to ControlMaestro for Industrial Controls Applications.
