At camp, we provide a variety of opportunities for our campers to be active through sports, games, and other fun physical activities. Camp is the perfect place for kids to try new things and learn new skills. Our supportive staff is always there to encourage campers to step outside their comfort zones and try something new. Trying new things can be scary, but we help our campers build confidence by challenging them in a safe and supportive environment. Whether it's trying a new sport or learning how to mount a horse, we want our campers to feel proud of themselves for taking risks and trying something new... Camp Doublecreek was founded in 1971 by Uncle Carter and Aunt Trudy, who wanted to give children, ages 4-14, of the greater Austin area, a place where they could thrive in the summers.​...
