Throughout 2017, our community engaged with Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh (CLP) to help prepare a strategic plan that will guide the Library over the next five years (2018-2022). Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh has used this strategic planning process to develop a dynamic roadmap for creating positive change - change for individuals, change for our community and change for our Library. CLP's board and staff, library users, community partners, and colleagues from other libraries throughout Allegheny County identified customer and community needs that will help us prioritize our work to ensure excellent library services for all and outcomes that are responsive to our community...
