Guy Roberts serves a CSI staff physician for the Farmington sleep clinic. Dr. Roberts is a Farmington native who returned to practice in the greater regional community after he completed his medical studies and advanced training. He is co-owner of and serves as physician for the Midwest Health Group and Midwest Convenient Care. In addition to these practices Dr. Roberts is medical director for long-term care facilities in Farmington, Park Hills and Bonne Terre, Missouri as well as medical director of a hospice care provider in Farmington. Prior to his current practices Dr. Roberts was clinical physician for the BJC Medical Group/Medical Arts Clinic in Farmington, prior to starting an independent practice with Dr. Paul Moniz in 2007. Dr. Roberts received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Joseph Ojile is the founder, chief executive officer and medical director of Clayton Sleep Institute (CSI), a sleep medicine clinical and research organization that includes branded and non-branded sleep clinics, an insomnia center and a research center. Dr. Ojile is the president and principal investigator for the Clayton Sleep Research Center.
Ojile is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians, a member of the American Thoracic Society and a member of the American Society of Internal Medicine. Ojile is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Pulmonary Diseases and the American Board of Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Muehlbach is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University Medical School and in the Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences at Webster University, where he established a specialized course, "The Psychology of Sleep." He is also a regular speaker at the American Academy of Sleep Medicine's Annual Meeting.

Mark J. Muelbach is the Clinical Director of The Clinics at Clayton Sleep Institute. Dr. Muehlbach is a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and has more than 36-years-experience in sleep and sleep disorders research and treatment. He has been the lead investigator on several published research projects and co-authored more than 40 publications on sleep-related topics.
After completing his training at the first accredited lab in St. Louis under the direction of one of the first board-certified sleep specialists, Dr. Muehlbach earned his board certification in Sleep Medicine. Earlier, he had become one of the industry's first registered sleep technologists.
Dr. Muehlbach completed his undergraduate work and earned a Ph.D. in Applied-Experimental Psychology from Saint Louis University.

Matthew Uhles is the Chief Operating Officer with direct responsibility for the operations of the Clayton Sleep Institute, CSI Research Center, and the CSI branded and CSI partner sleep clinics throughout the region. He also directs the leadership of the business and marketing divisions, forming cohesive and cooperative operating systems throughout our network. In addition, Mr. Uhles manages Clayton Sleep Institute's corporate wellness programs.
Uhles has more than 26 years of clinical and business experience in virtually all aspects of the practice of sleep medicine. He has served as a principal investigator in research trials in the areas of insomnia, pain and sleep, stress and sleep and CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure devices) compliance. He is an experienced educator and presenter of topics in sleep and sleep disorders and has published in scholarly sleep journals. Uhles has managed multiple sleep laboratories and developed extensive training programs, certified by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, for sleep technicians. He consults on the business and technology of sleep clinics with clients throughout the country.
Uhles is an experienced educator and presenter in sleep medicine, including lectures and corporate presentations. He presents nationally on teens & drowsy driving, directs the CSI ASTEP program and has contributed chapters to textbooks on sleep.
Uhles is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist and a member of the American Association of Sleep Technologists. He is a regular speaker at the American Academy of Sleep Medicine's Annual Meeting. He spent his early professional career in research and academic positions with the Multidisciplinary Sleep Medicine Center at Washington University School of Medicine.
Uhles earned a Master of Science degree in Experimental Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, both from Saint Louis University. Uhles serves as an advisor to Tyler Raising Education about Driving Drowsy, www.TyREDD.com, an organization that advances information about the signs and dangers of drowsy driving for teenagers, in memory of a Tyler Warne, a high school senior, athlete and student leader who was killed in a one-car accident after he fell asleep at the wheel of his automobile.

Paul Moniz serves as CSI staff physician for the Farmington sleep clinic. Dr. Moniz is a dedicated health care leader and provider in the greater region in and around Farmington, Missouri. In addition to serving as a CSI staff physician he maintains a private ambulatory practice treating patients across the spectrum from pediatrics to geriatrics. He is chief executive officer of the Midwest Health Group, Midwest Heart & Health and Midwest Convenient Care, all located in Farmington. He is the author of the children's book series, The World Inside Us, available at amazon.com. Dr. Moniz completed his undergraduate study for the Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Bryan College and received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathy.
