The Downtown Austin Alliance is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit corporation and steward of our community's collective vision for downtown Austin. We enhance every aspect of the downtown experience through advocacy, research, planning and placemaking. We are the managing entity of the Downtown Public Improvement District and provide direct services that keep the area clean, safe and welcoming... The Downtown Austin Alliance Foundation is a nonprofit organization that raises funds for and curates arts, parks and cultural programs downtown... Downtown Austin parks and art and cultural experiences enrich our lives, connect us to our humanity and make downtown a special place to be. We manage and program Republic Square and support other downtown parks. We also create and collaborate on unique opportunities for people to enjoy local artists and celebrate our city's diverse cultures.
