Energy Bar Association (EBA) is an international, non-profit association of attorneys, energy professionals, and students active in all areas of energy law. EBA has seven regional chapters across the U.S. and one in Canada. The Energy Bar Association was established in 1946 as Federal Power Bar Association and, in 1977, the organization changed its name to Federal Energy Bar Association to reflect the name change of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Around 2000, "Federal" was dropped from the name to reflect the diversity of practices within the membership, not all of which focus on federal law...
EBA is committed to creating an environment that facilitates robust dialogue and debate designed to explore the multiple facets of current and emerging issues and policy, and to surface innovative ideas...
EBA is committed to growing an inclusive community that connects and engages a vast and diverse array of energy industry participants and thought leaders.
