ESUUS

The English Speaking Union of the United States (ESU) is dedicated to employing the English language to foster global understanding and good will through educational opportunities and cultural exchange programs. Our programs focus on study abroad opportunities and scholarships for teachers, students, and life-long learners, English language classes and individual workforce development initiatives for immigrants, and advancing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of our youth through the study and performance of literary classics, public speaking, and debating... ESU is supported by its unrestricted endowment, corporate and foundation grants and through the generosity of individual donors and members. Members benefit from the personal relationships, cultural and social programs and international exposure gained by participating in our activities and events.
