Tova Rich started working for a nanny recruitment agency in 2001. At the time, most agencies provided candidates for sponsorship without ever meeting them. This process was unacceptable to Tova. She believed that to provide the best service to her clients, she would have to first meet and interview every candidate face to face. In February 2003, Tova founded Family Matters Caregivers Inc. Tova wanted to create a nanny agency with a personal touch. A place parents could call and feel like they were talking to a person who could truly relate to their needs. The response was tremendous. Parents valued the time Tova took to find the perfect candidate, while nannies and caregivers were excited to be working with an agency that ensured their safety and wellbeing. After a year of building Family Matters, Michele Goldenberg joined the company, sharing Tova's passion for helping families. In 2006 Family Matters Caregivers (HK) Ltd. was established as a licensed employment agency by the Hong Kong Labor Board. It is the recruitment centre where Tova and Michele meet and interview prospective candidates wishing to come to Canada and work for a Family Matters family. I would highly recommend Family Matters.
