Following Christ's example, we strive to raise up those less fortunate than ourselves and make the world a better place through outreach, community service and advocating justice... We believe we are saved by grace alone. This grace is an unearned gift from God that we do not deserve and cannot earn by anything that we might do... We believe prayer is central to our relationship with God. Communication is essential for any relationship to grow and thrive. Our communication with God, through prayer, is a two-way street: We strive to listen when God speaks, and God listens to our hearts when we speak. Prayer is God's gift to us and there is no wrong way to pray.
