Keith Kelley has been the Broker/Owner of Century 21/Harris-McKay Realty for almost thirty years. Growing up in Alexandria, Alabama, Keith has an interest in business, retail, construction & development, financial services, and other areas involved in small businesses. He has authored and promoted legislation for private property rights, rental issues, regulatory issues, mental health issues, along with many others. Keith has held numerous board positions at the National, State, and Local levels. Keith has served on the NAR Board of Directors; has held the office of President in 2010, for the Alabama Association of Realtors; as well as Birmingham Association of Realtors and Calhoun County Area Board of Realtors. Keith was also appointed by Governor Riley as the lead negotiator in the BP Oil spills crisis. He is also involved with numerous civic activities and has served on various committees at his church. Keith currently serves as Chair of Trustees for the University of Alabama Center for Real Estate. On November 8, 2022, Keith was also elected as Alabama State Senator for District 12.

My name is Rita Smith. I have been with Harris-McKay Realty for 20+ years as a Sales Agent and Associate Broker. I have lived in Calhoun County my entire life and raised a family here. I have had the pleasure of helping many people achieve their dream of home ownership during my time working in the real estate industry. I have also received my licenses as a Certified Alabama Auctioneer and as an Alabama Real Estate Instructor as well.
I have served on several different real estate boards over the years. I have served on the Calhoun County area Board of Realtors since 2010, in which I was the President in 2016 and 2020. I served as the Vice-President in 2017 of the Alabama Realtors Association North Central Region. I have been the State Delegate for the Calhoun County Area Board of Realtors as well and was awarded the 2017 Realtor of the Year for the Calhoun County Area Board of Realtors.
