JFS ATLANTIC

Jewish Family Service (JFS) is a 501c3 non-profit agency, founded in the early 1900's as a volunteer organization that provided services to refugees, the elderly, and the poor. Founded by Cele Cassman and Sara Singer, in its early days, JFS was created as a source of help and hope. JFS has grown from a small, storefront operation, formally incorporated in 1976, to an $11.8 million multi-service organization that provides support and care throughout Atlantic and Cape May Counties. For more than 80 years, JFS has been providing health, career and human services to enhance the well-being of individuals and families of all ages, faiths, cultures and lifestyles... JFS is a constituent of the Jewish Federation of Atlantic and Cape May Counties and a partner agency with United Way of Greater Philadelphia and South New Jersey. Jewish Family Service is a member of the Association of Jewish Family & Children's Agencies (AJFCA) and the New Jersey Association of Mental Health Agencies (NJAMHA)...
