Our mission is to save lives and protect property from fire, natural and man-made disasters, sudden emergencies and acute medical emergencies and trauma... The Laconia Fire Department works to provide an effective and efficient level of fire, rescue, hazardous material and pre-hospital emergency medical services. In addition, the department provides Fire Safety Education to school students, and local businesses. These services are provided out of two fire stations located in Downtown Laconia and at the Weirs... We're a progressive police department located in the heart of New Hampshire's beautiful Lakes Region.
