With over 17 years of experience in the manufactured home industry, Chuck is excited to be a part of the Rickert family. He has lived in Florida for over 50 years and enjoys keeping communities running smoothly and solving problems.
Julie joins Lincolnshire Estates with over 30 years of sales and customer service experience. As a St. Petersburg native, she takes pride in supporting local charities like the SPCA pet walk and collecting toy donations for Toys for Tots. Julie loves spending time with her Chocolate Labrador and Catahoula dog. We are excited to have Julie as part of the Rickert Family. Stop by the office and say Hello!
Mary is the Regional Sales Manager. She has been in the Manufactured home business for 15 years in sales and management. Prior to that she worked in the mortgage banking world in upstate NY and was job transferred here.
