I have been involved with computers for over 32 years, starting with the Apple II e. This hobby turned into a profession in the closing months of the last millennium when I decided to apply my knowledge to a little business venture: becoming an Apple Authorised Reseller. At first I did pretty much everything from sales to troubleshooting and repairs to training and of course, admin... Aside from hardware repairs which I never was too interested in, I discovered that I was able to fix any software-related problem to the immense satisfaction of my many clients. Sales was also a lot of fun, especially when dealing with first-time users or people so fed up with Windows that they were desperate for a change... However training has always been the most enjoyable and satisfying part of my job.
