Amy Petersen

Amy Petersen joined Lee Ledbetter & Associates in 2009. She has sixteen years of experience through all phases of design and construction on both private and public work. She received a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and is a registered architect in the state of Louisiana. Mrs. Petersen has a range of experience on different project types from residential renovation and interiors to commercial and institutional new construction and renovation. Key projects include Saint Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church, Norman Mayer Library, the FF&E package for Yulman Stadium, Boxwood Court, Sackett Street, Bienville Houses and most recently a renovation and addition to a historic Henry Howard house in the Garden District. Previously, Mrs. Petersen worked in the Washington, D.C. area on mid and high-rise mixed-use commercial developments.

Heather Sutton

Heather Sutton joined Lee Ledbetter and Associates in 2002 as Senior Business/Office Manager. She has over twenty-three years of experience in Business Administration and holds a degree from Pensacola State College. Ms. Sutton is involved in HR, accounting, bookkeeping, office operations, reporting, tech coordinating and maintenance, as well as marketing. Her incredible organizational skills keep our office running smoothly.

Marcus Christopher Loudon

Chris Loudon joined Lee Ledbetter & Associates in 2005. With training in the field of architecture, construction, and cabinetmaking and over twenty-five years of experience in architecture, Mr. Loudon has been responsible for research, design, detailing and project management for a wide range of public, commercial, and high-end residential projects. Mr. Loudon, a registered architect, studied architecture at The Georgia Institute of Technology School of Architecture, and he received construction and cabinetmaking training operating a custom furniture and renovation business in Atlanta and later while working as a trim carpenter and cabinetmaker on high-end residences across Connecticut, New York, and the Bahamas. Key projects include the Stallings St. Claude Center, Robert E. Smith Library, St. Roch Market, Ledgerock Residence, Bienville Houses, Fisk-Hopkins Residence and most recently a Sculpture Pavilion in the expansion to the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden. Previously, Mr. Loudon worked in New Haven, CT for Gray Organschi Architecture where he was a project manager and designer on small commercial and highly detailed residential projects.

Margarette Weaver

Margarette Weaver joined Lee Ledbetter & Associates in 2018. She has been practicing architecture since 2008 and holds a Bachelor's degree in architecture with a minor in architectural history from Louisiana State University. She has experience in providing full design and construction services on a variety of project types in both the private and public sectors, including new residences and additions, film studios, and court facilities. Since joining Lee Ledbetter & Associates, Ms. Weaver has focused on residential renovations and new construction. Previously, she worked in the Washington, D.C. area and in Austin, Texas, where she contributed to a range of residential, commercial, and public projects.

Michael Bailey

Michael Bailey joined Lee Ledbetter & Associates in 2021. He has 2 years of experience across the different phases of design and construction on residential renovation and new construction projects. He received his Master of Architecture degree from Tulane University's School of Architecture in 2021. Prior to his architectural career, Michael earned his Bachelor and Master degrees in Business and Accounting from Auburn University in 2015, after which he worked for Ernst & Young for 3 years.

Randle Looney

Randle Looney joined Lee Ledbetter & Associates in 2021. Working on projects across the country, he has 8 years of experience in all phases of the interior design process. He holds a Bachelor degree in Floriculture and Ornamental Horticulture from Mississippi State University with a minor in Design.

Tarra Cotterman

Tarra Cotterman joined Lee Ledbetter & Associates in 2002. She has over twenty-five years of experience in programming, site analysis, design, project development, and construction administration and holds a bachelor's degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and a master's degree from Yale University. Ms. Cotterman has experience on a wide array of project types in Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, New York, and Connecticut, including both renovations and new construction. Her design ability ranges from the most detailed custom design work, to efficient planning of large, multi-service public work. She is a registered architect in Louisiana, and her key projects include St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church, Robert E. Smith Community Library, Avery Island Residence, Hickory Residence, the Joan Mitchell Center's Artists' Studio Building, and Chestnut St. Previously Ms. Cotterman worked in New Haven, Connecticut for Gray Organschi Architects on design-intensive residences.
