The administrative office for Linden Public Schools shows support to those whose lives are affected by autism by wearing "Puzzle Piece" socks. The non-profit organization Autism Speaks explains that the puzzle pattern reflects the mystery and complexity of Autism. The different colors and shapes represent the diversity of those living with the disorder. And the brightness of the socks signals hope. At Linden Public Schools, the puzzle piece serves as a symbol of our individuality, representing the unique shape of each person's journey. Just like pieces of a puzzle, we come together, embracing the complexities of each individual to form a complete picture... We look forward to everyone returning on Monday, April 8 th. Also note that during that week, the Solar Eclipse will take place (April 8 th), and school closure for Eid Al Fitr will occur (April 10 th). Happy Ramadan to those who celebrate.
