Alicia Shedd

Job Titles:
  • Assistant Director
Originally from central NH, Alicia grew up attending and serving at Camp Maranatha, where she dedicated her life to Christ. Alicia double-majored in History and Biblical & Theological Studies at Gordon College, and then worked in a variety of jobs, gaining experience in everything from food service to office administration. Alicia's strengths include engineering effective systems, streamlining processes, identifying people's strengths, and coaching team members into greater effectiveness. In 2014, Alicia moved to Michigan to serve full-time with Life Action Camp. While there, she worked in a variety of roles, including volunteer coordinator, project manager, graphic designer, and operations advisor. Little did she know that all her different work experience was God's preparation for her role at Maranatha! The local church, gospel-centered camp ministry, leadership coaching, and effective operations are some of Alicia's greatest passions. Alicia came on staff in the winter of 2020.

Allison Griffin

Job Titles:

Allison's serving as our Communications Manager. She's overseeing various communication forms-ministry emails, social media, website updates, and other things on the side (as goes with camp territory). You'll sometimes find her photojournaling camp events. We can't wait for you to get to know our staff team better as you attend events this year! Growing up as a pastor's kid and church planting across the states, Allison had a front-row seat to both life transformation and brokenness. God used this to develop her passion for the local church, the family, and reaching hurting people with gospel hope. Throughout the challenges of ministry, she enjoyed the spiritual refreshment of family camp. Allison graduated with a BA in Liberal Arts from TESU and received her Certificate in Church Ministries from Southern Seminary. Allison loves serving people through inspiring writing and clear communication. For fun, Allison studies personality typing (she's MBTI certified) and writes on breathing hope amidst chronic illness. You'll usually find her with her camera in hand. Allison began serving with Maranatha in 2020 and came on staff in 2022.

Ben Schneeweiss

Ben studied architecture and design at NHTI and has nearly 20 years of experience in carpentry and residential construction, before teaching students the construction trade for the last 5 years. He has a wealth of experience in all things facilities. Ben and Kim have six kids and are currently raising support so they can serve full-time with Maranatha.

Christi Mildner

Christi and her husband George moved from TX to NH in 2021 looking for the next place God would have them serve. Christi grew up in the Christian camp culture, and they both have a broad range of non-profit experience across the states. Serving with Maranatha became their next big adventure! Christi is passionate about hospitality and caring for people. George and Christi are active members of their local church, volunteering in a variety of ways. Additionally, they love serving at Maranatha as a way to encourage people and build up local churches. They have two adult children. Christi came on staff in 2023.

Jon LaMontagne

Job Titles:
  • Executive Director
Jon and his wife Rachel are southern Maine natives and grew up attending and serving at Camp Maranatha. Jon holds an MA in Biblical Languages from Pensacola Theological Seminary. Before coming to Maranatha, Jon was a campus pastor at Bethany Church Raymond and spent time on the executive team, helping bring clarity to the church's organization, mission and vision. Jon also spent time pastoring and directing a church youth camp in Virginia. Jon's strengths include leadership, organization, and creating a collaborative teamwork environment. With over ten years of church leadership experience and almost 20 years in camp ministry, Jon and Rachel are passionate about seeing families transformed by the gospel. They have four children, three boys and a girl. Jon came on staff in the fall of 2021.

NICOLE NADEAU

Nicole is primarily filling a need in food service this summer event season, including overseeing kitchen shifts and helping with food orders and inventory. In the fall, she'll transition to Office Manager, helping with guest services, billing, and various other office work, while continuing to serve in food service during events.
