Andrew Mak has been a registered architect since 2008. He has worked in various architectural practices after graduation and specialised in local project administration, execution and design implementation. His work experience is diversified and encompasses a wide spectrum of projects especially residential development. The most significant large-scale and high-end residential projects in Hong Kong, China, executed by Andrew include Savannah in Tseung Kwan O and Homantin Hillside in Hung Hom.
In addition, Andrew has solid experience in masterplanning and town planning submission. The wetland restoration comprehensive development projects in Wo Shang Wai and Yau Mei San Tsuen in Yuen Long, Hong Kong, China, involve 400 and 100 of houses respectively. With his diversified professional experience in handling government submissions, design coordination and project management, Andrew took the lead and oversaw the projects from inception to completion.

Anika Poon is a distinguished member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, a Registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board, and a Class 1 Registered Architect in the PRC (Qianhai). She joined LWK + PARTNERS in 2010 and has since amassed extensive experience in project design and management throughout Hong Kong, mainland China, and Southeast Asia.
Recognized for her outstanding work and societal contributions, Anika was honored with the prestigious 40 Under 40 award. Her diverse portfolio includes mixed-use developments, international hotels, large-scale shopping malls, institutional projects, and transit-oriented developments (TODs). Her projects have garnered numerous international awards and LEED, WELL, and SITES Platinum certifications. She also received the Grand Award in Quality Building Award, demonstrating her ability to deliver high-quality buildings.
Anika's projects focus on sustainability, carbon neutrality, and wellness, setting a benchmark for the industry. Her expertise has made her a sought-after leader in creating eco-friendly and health-conscious spaces.
Bosco Kwan is an experienced and multi-disciplinary designer in both Hong Kong and mainland developments. His design works range from large scale comprehensive development down to a single luxury house, from concept to project execution. He is also the lead BIM designer in LWK + PARTNERS.
Being the key role in the design process, Bosco can always listen to his clients and is capable of providing creative solutions to problems, which has been proven by his completed works in the industry.
Carmen graduated from University of Melbourne, Australia and joined us in 2006. She has over 15 years of solid experience in the profession, focusing mainly on projects in Hong Kong. Carmen has led a number of developments, including a number of high rise residences, to their successful completion. Carmen was involved in The One, Trinity Towers and Dunbar Place developments in Hong Kong.
Daven Liaw graduated from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, and he has 20 years of professional experience in Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China. His experience covers a wide variety of projects, including bungalow residences, low rise townhouses, high rise luxurious service apartments or condominiums, hotels, office towers and mixed-use commercial development projects.
When he joined LWK + PARTNERS in 2010, he has been focusing on China projects and has developed extensive skills in project administration, management, construction and coordination with client and consultant teams based in Hong Kong, China and even abroad. His expertise also includes detail design and façade construction.

Henry Man graduated from The University of New South Wales, Australia and joined us in 2007. He has over 15 years of professional experience, focusing on project and design management, particularly skilled at large-scale projects across various disciplines in Hong Kong and the PRC, including mixed-use developments, international hotels, large-scale shopping malls, high- and low-density residential projects and transit-oriented developments (TOD).
As a Certified BIM Manager of Hong Kong's Construction Industry Council (CCBM), recognised BIM professional of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (BIM Pro (HKIA)) and certified professional of buildingSMART, Henry is an active advocate for the use and development of Building Information Management (BIM) technologies in project management and throughout the whole building life-cycle, promoting digital and BIM implementation in the industry. Projects handled by Henry have won several BIM awards.
Ivan is an Authorized Person and a Registered Architect in Hong Kong SAR, and a PRC Class 1 Registered Architect. Over his 30 years of industry experience, he has been extensively involved in projects across Greater China and Asia Pacific while leading LWK + PARTNERS through its diversification from architectural design into urban planning, interiors, landscape, heritage conservation and digitalisation.
Over the years, Ivan has served in various public platforms including Hong Kong's Town Planning Board, Construction Industry Council (CIC), Urban Renewal Fund, Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme and China Green Building Council. As Chairperson of CIC's Committee on Environment, his work focuses on developing the Carbon Assessment Tool, sustainable construction models, and green finance for a more sustainable industry.
Jason graduated from Cardiff University (UK) with Bachelor and Master degrees of architecture. He acquired his professional diploma in Westminster University (UK). He is a registered architect with Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Before entering architecture field, he also studied in Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China) and received Bachelor's Degree of Electrical Engineering.
Jason has served in first-tier architectural firms and developers in Hong Kong and UK for over 15 years. His experience spans from architectural design to design and project management. He has completed many mixed-use, residential, office, hospitality, and renovation projects in mainland China, UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia. With his diversified experience and multidisciplinary background, Jason is capable to connect and streamline different aspects in projects, making he especially good at leading large-scale projects and tackling complicated challenges.

Keith Chan is a design architect with over 10 years of multi-faceted experience. He has been in leading design roles in numerous high-profile projects of a diverse spectrum, including mixed-use, retail, office, hotel, cultural, science & technology, educational and religious buildings.
He is a keen creator of architectural forms and spaces, a flaneur and fervent observer of cities, an advocate of sustainability, and a strong believer in the rationality of design.
Through his years of works, he was awarded with the British Chevening Scholarship, the AIA Scholastic Award, Sir Edward Youde Memorial Scholarship, Providence Foundation Scholarship, the JH Kinoshita Prize, etc. In 2018, he won the Honourable Mention in the Hong Kong Institute of Architects - Young Architect's Award for his design, research and social works and contributions. He has won many competitions and international design awards such as MIPIM / AR Future Project Award, MIPIM Asia Award, International Design Awards, ICSC Asia Pacific Shopping Center Awards, Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets, Asia Pacific Property Awards, PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and World Architecture Festival Awards.

Kenneth Ho is a passionate architect with over 13 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, educational and institutional developments. His ambition of being an all-round practitioner provided a clear direction for his career development.
Throughout his career, he had been strategically working as Project Architect, Design Architect and client-side Project Manager, experiencing the full property development spectrum. He has also completed projects in a full cycle from land acquisition, design, project running, marketing and sales, to handover.
Mr. Lambert Ma got his Bachelor degree in Architecture at Virginia Tech, US. He is a registered Architect and is a member of HKIA. Lambert joined LWK + PARTNERS in 2009, with over 23 years of local design and administrative experience in projects of both a private and public nature.
He has experience in a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects including industrial, hotels, office towers, residential, retail, casinos, historical building conversion, and government facilities.
Lawton Lee graduated from Ryerson University in Canada. He has over 16 years of experience in architecture practices, specialising in commercial and mixed-use city complex development projects.
Lawton joined LWK + PARTNERS in 2019. With extensive experience in project management, he oversees design and technical development of projects both in China and Hong Kong.

Mr. Allan Cheung is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, a Registered Architect of the Architects Registration Board and an Authorized Person with the HKSAR Buildings Department as well as a LEED AP Professional with more than 17 years of experience in the industry.
He is a Director of LWK + PARTNERS with a key focus on residential developments and is particularly skilled at boutique style tower residence. His solid experience and dedication in building a better environment are definitely the key to successful completion of projects
Andrew joined an international firm in 2004, leading the design of over 30 projects, in particular the design of a large equestrian stadium located in Qatar. The project was selected for the World Architecture Festival Best Stadia award.
Being a Hong Kong Registered Architect and also a Class 1 Registered Architect in the PRC, Mr. Calvert Chan has over 22 years experience in the industry and has been with LWK & Partners since 2003. He has taken an active role in the design of many Hong Kong and China projects and his experience has contributed immensely to the great designs of those projects.
Mr. Kenneth Lo is a Director at LWK + Partners. Kenneth graduated from the University of New South Wales in Australia and he is a class 1 registered architect in the PRC. He has over 22 years of experience in the Architecture profession.
Kenneth has been with LWK since 1997. He oversees the technical development of projects both in China and in Hong Kong, and with many years of experience in project management, he has led several projects to their successful completion.
Mr. Paul Ng is a Director of LWK + PARTNERS. With over 23 years of experience in the Architecture profession, Paul successfully oversees and manages projects.
As an Authorized Person (HK) and a class 1 registered architect in the PRC, Paul has experience managing projects both in China and Hong Kong.
Mr. Ronald Liang is the founder and Managing Director of LWK + PARTNERS. He obtained his professional degree from the South Australian Institute of Technology, in Adelaide. With four decades of experience in providing aspirational projects both in Hong Kong and internationally, he now enjoys steering the Group in exploring new development frontiers. Using the experience gained over this time, he has the vision to guide clients in all aspects of development ranging from mixed-use developments which incorporate infrastructure hubs to bespoke villas in prestigious sites.
He is a strong believer in ‘giving back'. Ronald and his companies contribute to social support, and can often be found taking part in helping local schools, partnering with St. James' Settlement and Project WeCan.
With over 20 years of work experience in cities including London, Weybridge in the United Kingdom, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong in China, Otto is the mind behind a wide range of domestic and international projects covering landscape design, on-site project management and regeneration, and urban design.

Roy Guan has a wealth of experience in commercial real estate design and team management, handling large-scale masterplanning, urban design, commercial mixed-use and interior projects from conception to construction. He has provided commercial design consultation services for major developers in China like China Resources, Sunac and Vanke. In his pursuit of design excellence, Roy insists on the role of innovation, stays very open to challenges and is skillful in managing constraints.
