I could use this space to tell you about my being a proven executive, business owner, CEO and all that other blah, blah, blah but what I really want to tell you is how much I love coaching. I love every aspect of it. I love coaching and being coached. I love it because of what it has created in my life and in the lives of my coaching clients. If this is your first time exploring the idea of working with a coach it can be unnerving. I remember hiring my first coach back in 2000 when I was handed the reigns of my family's manufacturing business. I wondered if I would be a "good coaching client," whatever that means. I wondered if it would make a difference. I wondered if it was going to be worth the investment of time and money. So many unknowns. What I discovered in that first venture set the course for the rest of my professional life.
