Ariel Brady, general manager, has had many jobs at Motor Supply since 2011. From back-of-house-intern to front-of-house intern, Ariel formally became the general manager in 2021. Educated around the corner at the University of South Carolina, Ariel brings a passion for farm-to-table and sustainability efforts.
Eddie Wales, owner, has been in the hospitality and green business scene for years. Born in North Carolina, raised in Spartanburg, S.C., Eddie waited tables at Motor Supply before working his way up General Manager. Armed with a passion of being green and plenty of restaurant experience throughout his years, Eddie's step into ownership in 2000 was a natural progression.
