Phillip A. Sisco - CEO

Phillip A. Sisco is a founding partner and the Chief Executive Officer of NestEgg solutions, Inc. - a truth based independent financial services firm specializing in retirement planning, tax reduction strategies, IRA/401(K) maximization and Medicaid planning related to the protection of client's hard earned assets. Phil worked for his Dad in the family grocery businesses over the years while attending the University of Tennessee (Memphis Branch). He was soon lured away by the large meat company, Wilson and Company. Over the years he was transferred numerous times finally to Chicago as their Corporate Vice President of Marketing. He then founded his own marketing company and managed it for 12 years winning numerous national awards and was renowned as a speaker before selling his company to a large retail marketing company. Phil entered the financial services industry's corporate world specializing in retirement strategies and products. While there, Phil sought to answer individual client needs which resulted in becoming a top national advisor. From these experiences, Phil saw that the potential for a more direct impact in client's lives could be achieved in a more intimate client relationship and he ultimately left the corporate world to open NestEgg solutions, Inc. with partner, Steve Coates in 2002. In addition to numerous speaking engagements within the industry, he has an ongoing training and mentoring program for particularly those who wish to have a career in the financial service business. Phil has been a member of the Million Dollar Club for several years now. Phil supports the USO, Wounded Warrior Program, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, The Hunger Coalition and local Youth Soccer Programs. Phil and his wife, Annette, have three children, Drew, Dawn and Angelic'; four grandchildren, Wade, Conner, Ben and Bailey and special family dog, Oliver. Most free time is centered on family; however when the occasion arises, a game of golf either with his wife or the entire family is enjoyed as well as nice long walks with Oliver.

Steven is a founding partner and President of NestEgg Solutions. Steven specializes in annuities, income planning and life insurance. Steven graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Business and Finance and earned his Master's Degree at Florida International University in Miami.
