On Lok is a community-based organization in the San Francisco Bay Area that offers programs to help seniors stay healthy, active, and socially connected. This includes On Lok PACE full-service healthcare, On Lok 30th Street Senior Center, our LGBTQ program, and other senior activities, day programs and services... When On Lok founded the groundbreaking PACE healthcare model, we established ourselves as pioneers in elderly care. Today, we continue to innovate care for seniors of all ages.
