Orrville Utilities is a Public Power Community, locally owned and operated. As a Public Power Community, Orrville Utilities is proud to provide water, electricity, wastewater treatment services, and fiber optics services to our community. Orrville Utilities is governed by a five-member board that is appointed by the Mayor and works closely with City Council on many levels... We are the lead industrial and commercial development office for the City of Orrville. We work in partnership with the Wayne Economic Development Council and The Ohio Department of Development on economic development issues.
