Ashley Rock is a graduating senior at the University of Miami. Throughout her undergraduate career, Ashley has had several rigorous marketing internships where she experienced first hand the strategies and importance of media marketing.
She has worked for financial and nonprofit organizations running social media campaigns on all platforms, launching blogs, designing web pages, heading email campaigns, and writing LOI's for grant opportunities, which gave her a passion for all things marketing. Her interests in the field were first sparked at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where she is majoring in marketing along with a double minor in business law and exercise physiology.

Brian provides business development support to attorneys, maintains valued customer relationships, and establishes networks with industry specialists.
Brian has worked in Commercial Real Estate and Medical Device Sales prior to Consulting Large Claims Settlement in Southern California. Brian's experience with Insured, Insurance Carriers, and Design Professionals brings a unique skill set to our Business Development Team. Brian earned his B.S. in Commerce and Social Institutions from the University of Arizona.
Brian is an enthusiastic supporter of the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, a Member of the Trainers and Owners Section of the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club, and member of the Solana Beach Community Emergency Response Teams.

Jennifer Boldi focuses her practice on insurance defense, professional liability, construction defect litigation, transportation litigation, bodily injury defense, automobile liability, estate planning, and general civil litigation, representing clients in Arizona and California. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Jennifer was a civil litigation associate at a preeminent mid-sized Southwest law firm and was General Counsel to a 300-employee staffing corporation. Before graduating law school, Jennifer clerked for law firms specializing in construction defect litigation and estate planning. While in law school, Jennifer was the Literary Citation Editor of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary, and founded Pepperdine's first animal law society. She holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, focusing on the resolution of civil cases through mediation and arbitration, from Pepperdine's top-ranked Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Prior to her legal career, Jennifer worked in television production, employed at stations in Los Angeles and Phoenix.

Kimberly Kaltz is a partner at the Miami office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and is an accomplished attorney with over twenty years of experience practicing defense litigation throughout Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Florida. Kimberly focuses her practice on bodily insurance defense, general liability, SIU fraud investigation, insurance defense, auto liability, hospitality and retail defense.
Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida before completing her Paralegal Certification from Nova University. She then went on to St. Thomas University of Law School, graduating with her Juris Doctor in 1995. Kimberly also has background in marketing and business relations, economic fraud investigation, possesses a FL Designated 6-20 All Lines Adjuster Certification, and a 2-15 Insurance License within the state of Florida.

Mitch is a solution-oriented attorney with over 30 years of litigation experience. Rob Squire is the managing partner of our Florida offices. He focuses his practice on complex tort litigation, including premises liability, products liability, auto, medical malpractice, real estate and title defense, and negligent security matters. He represents national retail, restaurant, and hospitality clients, as well as manufacturers, in a variety of diverse matters. Rob represents clients nationwide and has significant experience handling matters in federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate level. Rob works with several MGA's, underwriters, and Lloyd's syndicates on matters including insurance defense, construction defect, and premises liability.
Rob has handled logistics providers in bodily injury and cargo loss litigation, including large clients such as Macy's, JcPenney's, CEC Entertainment, Saks 5th Avenue, and Uber. Rob has provided full service solutions for issues that affect consignees confronted with the many challenges of delivering, transporting, storing, and receiving freight and commercial goods. Robyn G. Toledo is a dedicated legal marketing and business development professional at Resnick & Louis, P.C. Robyn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton in Orange County, California prior to pursuing a Juris Doctor in Phoenix, Arizona. In law school, Robyn's unwavering passion and academic endeavors were integral through her experiences as a distinguished law clerk and judicial extern. She was awarded several criminal law scholarships, and also earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her achievements in Comprehensive Law. Robyn is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and New Mexico.
As Director of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Robyn works with Resnick & Louis' DEI committee to promote equal access, opportunity, employment and sense of belonging within the workplace. This involves researching and utilizing metrics for measuring the effectiveness of diversity initiatives among her colleagues. Additionally, Robyn stays current on diversity programs and developments by attending conferences such as the DRI Diversity for Success Seminar. In tandem with her other director role, Robyn culminates her experiences with the law, business development, and marketing to liaise with the firm's growing network of clients and industry peers.

Working with executive leadership throughout Resnick & Louis's 10 states and internationally with the Business Development team in London U.K., Stacie leads R&L's business development and marketing department. She provides business development support to attorneys and creates tools needed to efficiently serve clients and develop new relationships. Her responsibilities include brand management, proposal development, social media management and oversight of the firm's business development and marketing department.
Stacie has worked in marketing and business development for 10 years. She is a member of PRIMA, RIMS, LMA and serves on several charity committees including Will 2 Walk, RIMS, U40, and LMA Southwest Chapter. Stacie earned her B.S. in Psychology and Marketing from North Carolina State University.
