Fresco is the collaborative effort of Loucas Sofocli and Alex Charalambous, owners of Loucas Restaurant in Edison, NJ and Ponte Vecchio in Old Bridge, NJ. Fresco Steak and Seafood Grill offers a very extensive menu specializing in steak and seafood at moderate prices.
