Schleis Floor Covering is founded by Bill Schleis in 1974. He installs flooring alone working out of his home... Carpet Concepts retail showroom store opens in 1984 on Main Street in East Green Bay. The company can now sell flooring, still focusing mainly on residential projects... The company completes its first two retail store projects, new Shopko Stores in Green Bay and Kimberly, WI.
