SULLIVAN COUNTY RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE

Billing is done on a monthly basis for all consumers. Monthly bills are mailed out to members around the 5th of each month. Payment is due by the 20th of the same month. A penalty charge of 5% is added to all accounts for payments received after the 20th of each month... Sullivan County Rural Electric Cooperative serves over 6,000 meters in its service area. There are approximately 3,200 members in Sullivan County, 200 in southern Bradford County, and 2,700 in Lycoming County all of which are in northern Pennsylvania.
