ROUND ROCK ISD - Key Persons
Alicia Markum has had the honor of serving in leadership positions throughout the district including Fern Bluff Elementary PTA President, RRISD Council of PTAs Diversity and Inclusion Chair, the RRISD Special Education Parent Advisory Council, and the RRISD Surrogate Parent Program. In addition to her leadership roles, Alicia has served on various district and PTA committees and volunteered in the community with the non-profit Imagine-A-Way, the Round Rock Dolphins Summer Swim Team, and as a team parent through the Round Rock Baseball League. Alicia is also a recipient of the RRISD Council of PTAs Flowers in Our Garden Award for making a positive impact on PTA.
Alicia received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University and holds a professional writing certification. She owns a photography business, and prior to becoming a parent, Alicia worked as a literature product manager for a major textbook publisher.
Alicia and her husband have been married for 16 years, live in the Round Rock High School learning community, and have two children who attend Fern Bluff Elementary.

Amber Feller Landrum has been a Round Rock resident since 2002 and been actively involved in Round Rock ISD schools since 2008 serving in numerous volunteer roles. Most recently she served as the Chair of the District-wide Subcommittee for the 2018 Citizens Bond Committee. Amber has also been very active in the community while serving through Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, her church and her children's extracurricular activities, in addition to many service projects that have benefited the Round Rock community.
Amber earned her Bachelor's of Science in Sociology, with a Minor in Math, from Texas A&M University and her Master's of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Nationally Board Certified Counselor.
She has two children who have graduated from Cedar Ridge High School and one that attends Ridgeview Middle School. She is a current resident of the Lake Forest neighborhood.

Actively involved as a Round Rock ISD volunteer, Mary Bone, served as PTA president at Ridgeview Middle School and received Volunteer of the Year in 2019. Dr. Bone is a 2019 Leadership Round Rock ISD graduate, served on the 2018 Round Rock ISD Citizen Bond Committee, and participated in the Round Rock ISD Mentor Program. Dr. Bone has served as an American Heritage Girl leader.
Dr. Bone is a consultant for NASA Engineering and Safety Center. She is also an Associate Professor for University of South-Eastern Norway. She received her Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology, Master's in Systems Engineering from Iowa State and Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Dr. Bone and her husband, Jason, have been married 21 years and are proud parents of two children. Her children are active in Orchestra and Theater. She is a current resident of the Forest Creek neighborhood.

Tiffanie Harrison is an educator, equity leader, entrepreneur, designer, and investor. Prior to service on the Board of Trustees, Tiffanie was a high school marketing teacher at Round Rock High School for nine years. She blends her passions of equity and entrepreneurship as a General Partner at the Radical Equity Fund where she advises and invests in diverse founders and EdTech startups. Tiffanie is also a diversity, equity and inclusion consultant for schools, districts, and public and private companies across the US.
Tiffanie is a product of Round Rock ISD Schools and has engaged as a District volunteer on the Safety and Security and Equity Task Forces. Tiffanie has also been honored to be named a two-time Teacher of the Year at Round Rock High School, a 3DayStartup Entrepreneurship Professor of the Year, a Teachers Guild Fellow and a New Leaders Council Austin Fellow.
Tiffanie holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Health, Performance and Recreation from Baylor University as well. Tiffanie desires to see MLK's vision of the Beloved Community come to fruition and is happy to dedicate her life to making that a reality.
