Growing up in Gainesville, Florida, Cameron stayed close to home and attended one of the nation's top public universities. Cameron graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's of science in mechanical engineering. He and his then-fiancée Victoria moved to Fort Collins, Colorado, where Cameron began working in the engineering field. He later joined Victoria as co-founder of their CBD cannabis company, which they quickly scaled to have a nationwide presence.
After weathering COVID, Victoria and Cameron found themselves drawn to Sedona, where they had gotten married several years earlier. It soon became apparent that real estate was their true calling. Victoria and Cameron spent the next year remodeling two properties, doing much of the work and problem-solving themselves.
Now that both of these properties are highly successful short term rentals, Cameron has hung up the tool belt and shifted his focus to working with Victoria to serve their real estate clients. At Coldwell Banker, they lead the Live Love Sedona team. Together, they also run their company Wylde Vacation Rentals, which provides boutique management services to a number of Sedona short term rental investors.
Cameron is thrilled to call Sedona home-as an avid hiker and mountain biker, he is convinced that he wakes up in paradise every day.
Cheyenne (Chey) Cunningham has walked in the shoes of out-of-town buyers relocating to Sedona. Claudelle Johnson came to Sedona for the first time for Christmas vacation in 2006 and instantly fell in love with the famous Sedona Red Rocks! Making the decision to move from Snoqualmie, WA to Sedona and the Verde Valley at that moment. And once setting her mind to something makes it happen…packing up her entire household and family they were moved & living here by mid-February 2007. She was a Financial Consultant at the time for a company who was just opening a branch here, so she always says the Sedona move was meant to be!
After 2 years, she decided to begin helping other small local businesses develop themselves and help them improve their own sales to be successful. She quit her job and took on business networking and got her hands into local businesses and making a ton of local connections along the way. She got involved in a group called PWG of Northern Arizona (Professional Women's' Group) and became President within 2 years. She was instrumental in their development of a scholarship program to help residents wanting to go back to school to further their education. They raised these funds through a variety of events and quarterly luncheons and the scholarship fund continues to grow in terms of funding a bonus to locals.
These connections have been extremely helpful as when she decided to go into real estate full-time once both her daughters had graduated from high school. She joined Century 21 Sexton Realty and immediately become one of the top 5% of agents in that Brokerage firm here in Sedona. Realizing the World was going more mobile and wanting to expand herself even further as well. She looked again for more opportunity than what was already here in place within the Verde Valley. She joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of Arizona in July 2016 and was instrumental in the opening a new Branch here in Sedona in May 2017. Going immediately from 6 agents to 22 over the next few months, she remains at the top of their branch as a Top Producer.
Within 2 years of being a Realtor, she joined the local Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors Board of Directors. In her second year on the Board, she took on becoming the Chair of the MLS Committee who oversees that the mls system functions properly, tests and develops new technology and listens to other agents as on how to work to improve the functionality of the system.

Claudia and her family arrived in Sedona back in 1985 having migrated over the years from the East Coast to Michigan, and finally to the Southwest. After 18 years in education and learning that there was no high school in Sedona in those days, Claudia went out on a limb and into real estate. She discovered that those years of teaching prepared her with many skills that she has utilized in her real estate practice. Her goal as a new REALTOR® was to become a respected entity in her profession. She has never let go of that goal.

Ed Pennington graduated from a Military High School and then attended the University of Arizona where he received his BS degree. Ed spent almost 10 years developing & building in that project where he still returns today to his friends that he sold beautiful lots to in "Finisterra".
When that project was completed, and wanting to be closer to his mother who was in failing health, Ed moved back East where he purchased a Chevrolet dealership and soon added Mitisubishi to the mix. After successfully turning the dealership around he became partners with a local Cadillac Oldsmobile dealer & put Chevrolet, Cadillac and Oldsmobile under one roof.
Ed eventually sold his share to his partner to become the CEO of a local children's home that took care of abused and neglected children. Suzanne was very active at both the state and local level with the Association of Realtors in Lewisburg and West Virginia, serving as a board member of the WVAR and President of the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors. She also served on the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals prior to moving to Sedona in 2017, and believes it is important to be involved in the decisions that affect our community.
Raised in Birmingham, Alabama with a foreign influence, travel has been a part of Suzanne's background since childhood. This desire to explore led her to Jackson Hole, WY after college (BA International Business) where her interest in outdoor activities was honed including hiking, mountain climbing, alpine and back country skiing. Victoria Wylde grew up in Gainesville, Florida, surrounded by an entrepreneurial family. In high school, she worked summers at her dad's automotive shops, hustling at the sales counter. Wendy Jacobsen lived most of her life in Illinois. After graduating college she traveled extensively in Europe, Africa and the United States. She has been to over 30 countries and to every state in the union but she never saw anything like Sedona, Arizona.
In 1979 Wendy saw Sedona for the first time and like many of her real estate clients got what we locally call "red rock fever". It took her until 1998 to make the move but in all that time she eagerly anticipated actually living here. Sedona has exceeded all her expectations. She never knew how much she would love the southwest in general.
Wendy sold residential real estate in Barrington, Illinois since 1989 and in Sedona since 1998. She is a founding member of Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals and a multiple time board member. She has won many Realtor awards but for her the best rewards have been working with her clients.
