Aaron Gross

With 20 years in vocational ministry, Aaron joined Seacoast as the Manning Campus Pastor in January of 2022. He is passionate about building community and bridging gaps between all generations and cultures in the church and seeing people transformed by the life that Jesus has to offer. Aaron and his wife, Jennifer, have two teenage sons, Otto and Owen, and a Labradoodle named Rosie. Aaron enjoys hiking, with hopes of trekking the entire Appalachian Trail. He also likes hunting, fishing, and cheering for the University Of Michigan football and basketball teams.

Adam Martin

Adam was born and raised in Virginia Beach, and attended college at the University of South Carolina where he met his wife, Dana. Upon graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in Religion and Theology, Adam began working for Young Life, a global outreach ministry to teenagers. In 1996, Adam and Dana were sent to Charleston to plant Young Life where they had the opportunity to share the Gospel with thousands of teenagers. After 15 years with Young Life, Adam sensed a calling to serve the local church and was hired by Seacoast in 2012. With two Masters degrees and a Doctorate in counseling, Adam serves as the Pastor of Staff Care and Operations. Adam and Dana have two children, Matthew and Emma, and believe their highest calling is their marriage and their family. Adam can usually be found either at home with his family, at the church, or surfing at the beach. His life goal is simple: to help people find the same freedom that God has given him and have a lot of fun along the way.

Brian Adleman

Brian was raised in New Jersey and moved to South Carolina in 1999, where he began to passionately pursue God and become heavily involved in ministry. He has been involved in ministry since 2002 in South Carolina, Virginia and Texas. In 2017, Brian graduated from the School of Urban Missions (SUM) Bible College and Theological Seminary. Prior to becoming the Irmo Campus Pastor, Brian served as the Custom Student Pastor for the Irmo and Columbia Campuses. He is passionate about helping people find God, grow their faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference. He and his wife Angela have one child - Roman. In his off-hours, Brian loves to hang with his family and cheer for all New York sports teams, especially the Yankees.

Bryan Hill

In 2017, Bryan and his family moved to South Carolina where he joined the Seacoast Church Summerville Campus as the Small Groups Pastor. In June of 2023, he stepped into the role of the Cane Bay Campus Pastor. Bryan is passionate about the local church and providing a place for the community to experience the power of the Holy Spirit in a way that leads them to live radical, transformed lives. Bryan and his wife, Chelsie, have three children: two sons, Judah and Ezra, and a daughter, Maveryck. Bryan enjoys anything outdoors, preferably by water, and working out. He loves coffee, and can never say "no" to cinnamon rolls!

Chip Judd

Chip is a graduate of The Citadel with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and a Masters in Counseling. He has served for over 30 years as a pastor, marriage and family counselor, coach and consultant to leaders, teams, and organizations. His experience and training combine to give him unique and powerful insight into the blind spots and blockages most of us deal with in our personal life, our families and our work. He currently serves as a staff pastor at Seacoast Church. He has been married for 41 years and has three married children and six grandchildren.

Corey Schneckloth

With over 10 years in vocational ministry, Corey joined Seacoast as the Columbia Campus Pastor in June of 2023, where he strives to help others feel at home when they walk through the doors of the church. Corey enjoys seeing people, young and old, discover their identity in Jesus and find their calling. Corey and his wife, Brooke, have three young sons, Judah, Hudson, and Wesley, who always make life exciting. Corey loves movies, trying new foods, and exploring new places with his family. He is an avid sports fan, loves the outdoors, and oddly enough, doesn't enjoy coffee.

Greg Surratt

Greg Surratt is the founding pastor of Seacoast Church, which was planted with the goal of reaching unchurched people in the Charleston area. Greg led Seacoast as it grew from one campus to many, as Seacoast became one of the first churches to pioneer the multi-site approach to the weekend experience. Greg is the president and co-founder of the Association of Related Churches (ARC), which is a global church-planting initiative that has established over 800 churches worldwide since its founding in 2000. He is the author of the book IR-REV-REND, as well as a contributor for Outreach Magazine, Ministry Today Magazine, and Charisma Magazine. Greg is married to his childhood sweetheart, Debbie, and together they have 4 children and 14 grandchildren. He enjoys photography, fishing, golfing, and rooting for the Cubs, Broncos and Gamecocks.

Jason Surratt

Jason has been a part of Seacoast Church since it launched in 1988. He helped the church grow to 12 campuses and was central in transforming their global missions efforts. Currently, he leads the stewardship ministry, focused on helping Seacoast step into its next season of ministry. He is passionate about helping people experience life change and discover all that God has for them. Jason lives in Charleston with his wife and four children. He enjoys watching and playing sports of all kinds and hanging at the beach.

Jeff Leinberger

As the West Ashley Campus Pastor, Jeff Leinberger leads and serves with a focus and passion for coming alongside those in need. Jeff and the campus staff help provide basic needs, life skills, and education to help equip people for challenges they may face. Jeff has served as the Executive Director at the Dream Center Clinic, as well as the North Charleston Campus Pastor, and now serves as the West Ashley Campus Pastor. He and his wife Stacey have two children - Griffin and Selah. In his spare time, Jeff loves all things Crossfit, competition, natural health.

Pastor Joel Delph loves getting to know new friends and spending time with his current ones. Prior to joining the Seacoast staff as the Mount Pleasant Campus Pastor, Joel earned a Bachelor of Economics degree at the University of South Carolina and has spent his career in both ministry and the marketplace. He is convinced that the local church can change the world and seeks to share the love of Jesus with those around him. Joel and his wife Kelly have four children and in his free time, Joel likes to play with his kids, date his wife, and lift a "little" weight.

Josh Surratt

As Lead Pastor, Josh Surratt is helping Seacoast Church realize God's vision for what comes next. He is passionate about helping people find God, grow their faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference. Josh was raised in Charleston, South Carolina and attended the College of Charleston. He joined the Seacoast staff in 2001 and has served in several roles, including four years as the Mount Pleasant Campus Pastor. Josh is one of Seacoast's Teaching Pastors and currently serves on the Executive Team as the Seacoast Lead Pastor. He and his wife Lisa have three children - Miles, Greta Kate, and Ellie. In his off-hours, Josh loves to cheer for all Chicago sports teams and the Clemson Tigers.

Josh Walters

Josh grew up in Columbia and attended the University of South Carolina, where he met his wife Katie. After graduating with a degree in History and Secondary Education, he went on to obtain a Masters in Pastoral Counseling and Spiritual Formation from Columbia International University. Josh served as the USC Campus Outreach Director for FCA before going on staff at Shandon Baptist Church as the Associate Youth Minister. He then served as the Youth Pastor at Lakewood Church in Columbia. Josh began working at Seacoast Church in 2009 as the Mount Pleasant Campus Program Director for Kidscoast. Since then he has led the Connect and Creative Teams, served as the Mount Pleasant Campus Pastor, and currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Seacoast Experience. Josh and his wife, Katie, have seven children, AnnaJaye, Abigail, Abel, Asher, Ari, Anthem, and Adele (The A-Team). In his off-hours, Josh loves to work on home renovation projects, play rec league basketball, and spend time with the "A-Team." Josh began working at Seacoast Church in 2009 as the Mount Pleasant Campus Program Director for Kidscoast. Since then he has led the Connect and Creative Teams and currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Central Ministries and Mount Pleasant Campus Pastor.

Kathy Roseborough

Kathy was raised in North Carolina and joined the Seacoast team in 2001. With 16 years of experience working at Seacoast, she has served in several roles, most recently as Pastor of Executive Administration. She is a graduate of Christian Coach Institute and loves her work as she gets to be a part of changing the world with Pastor Greg Surratt, Pastor Josh Surratt and the Seacoast team. This is more than a job; she's on mission to help people find God, grow their faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference. She and her husband Kin have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Kathy was raised in North Carolina and joined the Seacoast team in 2001. With 16 years of experience working at Seacoast, she has served in several roles, most recently as Director of Executive Administration.

Lisa Surratt

Lisa learned the importance of serving others when she was still young, as her family moved to Charleston shortly after Hurricane Hugo, so that her parents could assist with relief efforts. Lisa graduated from MUSC with her masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2006 and practiced emergency medicine for six years until she became the East Coast Director for the A21 Campaign. She is now focused on serving full-time at Seacoast as the Director of Seacoast Culture. Lisa has been married to Josh, lead pastor at Seacoast Church, for 15 years and they have three children. Lisa loves to be outside, whether she is running, horseback riding, skiing, or doing just about anything on the water. She loves good food and may have a slight obsession with bulldogs. Lisa learned the importance of serving others when she was still young, as her family moved to Charleston shortly after Hurricane Hugo, so that her parents could assist with relief efforts. She is now focused on serving full-time at Seacoast as the Director of Seacoast Culture.

Ross was raised in Greenville and has seen this small town develop into a vibrant city over the years. He is a graduate of Clemson University and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his family began attending Seacoast in 2003 when the campus was still meeting as a small group.

Roy Jacques

Roy has spent all but 12 years of his life in the Lowcountry. His time at Seacoast began in 2007 and has taken him to three Seacoast campuses; West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, and now, Summerville. Roy became the Summerville Campus Pastor on Easter of 2015.

Ryan Scott

In 2010, Ryan joined Seacoast Church as a Worship Leader at the Summerville Campus, where he later became the Assistant Campus Pastor. This would lead him to his current role as the McClellanville and Online Campus Pastor.

Sam Lesky

Shortly after being invited to Seacoast, Sam and his wife Joan joined a small group and committed their lives to Christ. Since 1998, Sam has served Seacoast in a variety of roles, including Small Group Pastor, Mount Pleasant Campus Pastor, and North Charleston Campus Pastor.

Teddy Winter

In the words of the great Johnny Cash, Teddy's childhood can be summed up with "I've been everywhere, man." He's called Asheville, NC home for over 20 years and after a long season of student ministry in the Asheville area, Teddy joined the Seacoast staff in 2015.
