Dr. Warren worked as the house physician and then house surgeon at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, before completing his residency at the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He then completed fellowships in the Department of Pediatric Genetics and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Anne Jenkins, LCSW-C is a clinical social worker providing outpatient services at Outpatient Mental Health Center - Frederick.
