Brittany is focused on client communication, management reporting and oversees the property management team. Prior to joining SHOP, Brittany was the portfolio manager for True North Commercial Real Estate and oversaw the management team and a portfolio of 52 properties. Brittany is a mother of three children, married to her high school sweetheart and a graduate of Sam Houston State University.

Christie Amezquita

Christie Amezquita, CCIM, is a Partner at SHOP Houston focusing on all aspects of the retail real estate industry including third-party leasing, tenant representation, disposition, investment sales and specialty projects. Prior to joining SHOP, Christie worked for Read-King in Houston for ten years. From 1996 to 1999 she worked as a Landlord Representative at Trammell Crow Company in Atlanta, Georgia. She then moved to Mobile, Alabama where she worked for a retail developer, Saad & Vallas Realty Group (SVRG) from 2000-2008. At SVRG she was responsible for site selection, leasing and disposition and played a key role in development. She was included as one of Houston Business Journal's Heavy Hitters in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Christie is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Texas, Alabama and Georgia and membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2006. Christie attended Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches and received her Associates Degree in Business Administration. Daniel Fuller

Mr. Fuller is a 25 year veteran of the development business. Daniel is responsible for managing the investment platform for SHOP Companies, which includes the acquisition, development, re-development and asset management of retail, mixed-use and hospitality properties throughout the U.S. Daniel is directly involved with land acquisition, planning and entitlements, tenant leasing, financing, construction and disposition for all investments. Over the past 10 years, Fuller has been involved with the acquisitions, development and operation of more than 3 million square feet of retail assets, which have a combined value of over one billion dollars. Prior to founding Shop Development Co., Fuller was a development partner and Executive Vice President of Connected Development Services, a division of The Retail Connection, where he worked for 12 years. Before joining Connected Development Services, Fuller was Vice President of Cencor Realty Services, where he worked for over seven years. Daniel is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.

David Sacher - Founder

John originally started his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company in Austin working on multiple developments including the Green Water Treatment Plant Redevelopment, which became Northshore, 500 West 2 nd, and the Proper Hotel. John holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively. He practiced as a consulting structural engineer prior to returning to school for a MBA from the University of Michigan.

Tommy specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers, urban real estate and single-tenant net leased properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area and across the southwest. Tommy has closed more than 400 transactions totaling over 7,700,000 square feet of GLA with an aggregate value in excess of one billion six hundred and thirty nine million dollars ($1,639,000,000). Tommy been actively involved in commercial real estate since 2005, starting with Marcus & Millichap, and ultimately earning numerous accolades along the way. He transitioned in 2011 to help start an investment sales team platform at Dallas based United Commercial Realty (UCR), and integral in its sales platform's rise to national prominence. Tommy works closely with owners to fully examine all aspects of a property including current performance, long term potential, submarket analysis and optimal market positioning. The process consists of serving as a consultant and advisor to clients first, and secondly providing transaction services as a result of the relationships created from analyzing and adding value to the investment ownership process. He and the Investment Sales Team are consistently able to deliver best in time data in the market and maximize value for his clients.
