Our friendly staff will meet your most discerning needs. At the Simmons Center, we can help make your next meeting a perfect success... Our event spaces rent out in half-day and full-day blocks of time. A half day rental allows 4 hours, while a full day allows for 8 hours of rental time. Whether choosing the half day or full day, the amount of time chosen includes load-in, setup/decoration, event hours, clean up, and load-out. All third party vendors partaking in the event will need to be accounted for within the access time including band/dj setup, caterers, decorators, etc. Our office staff will be happy to work with you to ensure that ample time is provided to make your event memorable.
