St. Pauls United Church of Christ is a progressive Christian church in Chicago that embraces everyone, no matter who, and no matter where on life's journey... St. Pauls' Oktoberfest is just a few weeks away, and we are looking forward to tapping into the excitement of this Bavarian tradition with authentic German food, local Oktoberfest beers, live music and dancing, a jumpy-house, and other fun activities. This year's live entertainment will once again include acclaimed children's entertainer, Laura Doherty (1:30 PM - 3:00 PM), and the Midwest's premier oompah band, Die Musikmeisters (3:30 PM - 7:30 PM). It takes over 100 volunteers to pour 700 beers, serve 500 brats and hot dogs, and run kids' activities for seven hours. Can we count on you to join our team?
