Brandy is the Senior Director of Services for Outpatient Mental Health, Day Programs, and Medical. She is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Social Work. She has been with NewPath Child & Family Solutions (St. Joseph Orphanage) since 2011 and has been practicing in the field since 2008. She began as a case manager and therapist. Brandy has a passion for ensuring children and families have access to high-quality care when they need it. Brandy enjoys spending time with her family and two children in her free time.

Diane has served as a team member of NewPath Child & Family Solutions (St. Joseph Orphanage) for over 28 years. Diane supports the organization by collecting, analyzing, and publishing data in a meaningful way. Diane believes in the power of data to influence decisions, guide strategy, and produce more significant outcomes. Diane serves as a peer mentor to adult students returning to school to complete their undergraduate degrees and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children in her free time.

Dorothy Bayless

Dorothy Bayless Experiential Program Manager Dottie began her journey with NewPath Child & Family Solutions (St. Joseph Orphanage) over 20 years ago when she first began as a Therapeutic Group Leader in our Residential Program. Over the years, she has transitioned into roles serving youth in several programs, including Residential, Education, and Day Treatment. Dottie earned a B.S. in Art Therapy from Bowling Green State University and has a passion for experiential learning.

Eric Cummins - CEO

Eric joined NewPath Child & Family Solutions (formerly St. Joseph Orphanage) as Chief Executive Officer/ Executive Director in 2014 and has over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health and educational field, primarily working with children and families. Eric started working as a direct care staff on an inpatient psychiatric unit, then became a teacher in the hospital's PH program, and then a case manager in an adolescent residential treatment program. After this, he moved to outpatient treatment as a case manager and therapist doing home and community-based therapy. Eric earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Olivet Nazarene University and was an adjunct professor at Olivet Nazarene University. He won the Willis E. Snowbarger Award for Teaching Excellence. Eric has served as the Executive Director for Willapa Behavioral Health and has been a Surveyor for over 20 years for CARF, an international organization that accredits programs and agencies in 17 countries in behavioral health, aging, medical rehabilitation, and child and youth services. He now serves on multiple boards, guiding policy and best practices in the mental health and child welfare landscape. During Eric's tenure, NewPath has experienced increased growth, financial stability, and surpluses.

Harper Cummins

Harper joined NewPath Child & Family Solutions (formerly St. Joseph Orphanage) in 2021 and was recently promoted to be NewPath's first-ever Chief Cuddle Officer. She is a Golden Retriever and the beloved pet of Eric Cummins, NewPath CEO. Harper attended Canines for Christ and studied to become a service dog. She is a certified therapy dog able to do work in her community. Harper works out of the front office and regularly walks throughout the NewPath Hamilton West Campus alongside Eric, greeting everyone she sees with a happy tail wag. Harper enjoys meeting new people and dogs, hiking, and chasing squirrels in her free time. She aspires to comfort and support all those she meets. As well as to eat as many snacks as possible!

James D. Redmond

Joe Rieman

Dr. Rieman graduated from Capital University in 2004 and went on to Medical school at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. While there, he won the Pediatric Student of the Year Award for his work with the local pediatric group. He graduated from Medical school in 2008 and completed his internship and residency in general psychiatry at Michigan State University. He then completed his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Michigan State. He served as chief resident of the program in 2010 and 2011. He is board-certified in both Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and General Psychiatry. He has been serving as the Chief Medical Officer for NewPath Child & Family Solutions (St. Joseph Orphanage) since January 2016. He guides our agency's Medical Practices, including preparing for Integrated Healthcare. Dr. Rieman is a recipient of the 2022 Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service as a Nonprofit Executive Director of the Year.

John Colegrove - CFO

John joined NewPath Child & Family Solutions (St. Joseph Orphanage) in 2015 after serving as CFO and Vice-President of various companies in the Dayton area. He has served in several financial and operational positions. He has over 25 years of experience in revenue cycle and general management and executive financial and strategic leadership in non-profit and for-profit organizations. As CFO, he leads the economic sustainability of programs and ensures the agency has the working capital it needs to grow and thrive. John earned his Bachelor's degree from Olivet Nazarene University and his MBA from Miami of Ohio University.

John Parran - COO

John Parran joined NewPath Child & Family Solutions (St. Joseph Orphanage) in 2021 after serving as a private consultant and Talent Manager for Meritor, Inc. John has extensive experience leading training, culture change, and employee engagement initiatives for various personal and publicly traded organizations, believing "people are at the heart of everything we do." He has worked in sales, distribution and logistics, manufacturing, and education, giving him a unique customer-focused perspective on employee growth and development. As Chief Operating Officer, John leads our services, strategy, and employee engagement functions of NewPath, building upon the passion, purpose, and rich history that makes NewPath a great place to work. John serves on various local workforce development and career services committees and is a featured guest speaker for local colleges and business councils. John received his B.A. in Communication from the University of Cincinnati and his M.S. in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University.

Joy Johnston

Joy joined NewPath Child & Family Solutions (St. Joseph Orphanage) in 2006 in the Finance Department with several positions, including payables and budget coordinator and purchasing. Joy became Director of Facilities in 2016. Joy's favorite part of her work at NewPath is making sure each campus has the "wow" factor when entering each facility. She takes pride in ensuring that each property runs smoothly and is safe as possible for staff and children. Joy enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Tricia has 14 years in the healthcare industry and over eight years in healthcare philanthropy, focusing on grateful patient and family engagement. Tricia Mullins most recently served as a Senior Consultant of Programs for Gobel Group, the nation's leading health philanthropy consulting firm. In her role, she partnered with healthcare organizations across the United States to evaluate and grow their philanthropic operations. Before, Tricia held the position of Senior Gift Officer Mercy Health - Foundation in Cincinnati, Ohio. She led community relations, engagement, and development efforts for two community hospitals. Her day-to-day activities included identifying and engaging patients, family members, physicians, and community partners who wish to express their gratitude for positive healthcare experiences through philanthropic support. In addition to working with external constituents, her role included training physicians, administrators, and healthcare associates on the importance of healthcare philanthropy and creating an environment where gratitude is appreciated and can thrive. Tricia holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Mercy College of Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies from Northern Kentucky University, focusing on Health and Human Services, Public Administration, Sociology, and Organizational Leadership. Tricia also holds an Associate of Science degree with a major in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University. Giving back of time and treasures is a value Tricia holds close to her heart. Tricia serves on multiple Boards, including The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Central Ohio Chapter, Inter Parish Ministries, and Little Fork Advocacy Center. She is the Vice President of the Cincinnati Eastside Rotary Club and volunteers for various local nonprofit organizations. Tricia is a 2020 Lead Clermont Graduate, a 2014 YWCA Rising Star, a 2015 Graduate of the YWCA Leadership Program, and the 2016 Ohio Diversity Council's Multicultural Leadership Award.
