To make sure that we have live our ethos we are affiliated to a youth group. We set our youth group up five years ago. We have worked extensively in conservation in the National Parks and in Regeneration in inner city Birmingham. Members of our youth group are also invited to join our inhouse apprenticeship training and regularly come on to our commissions to learn on the job.
