VCLi was established 1979 as a non-denominational biblical counseling ministry and training institute. With years of experience teaching, counseling, and training, VCLi's 18-member staff has a lasting legacy of changing lives and equipping leaders to help others... We provide hands-on training in our Institute for those called to minister and counsel others.
