TVDS began in 1975 to offer programs for children and adults with intellectual developmental disabilities. Since that time, TVDS has grown to serve clients in Allen, Bourbon, Neosho, and Woodson counties. On January 1, 2020, TVDS merged with New Beginnings Enterprises and began providing services in Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, and Wilson counties.
