WLMB - Key Persons
Aaron Darr, graduate of Cedarville University, has served WLMB as a producer, writer, and director since March 1999. Aaron oversees WLMB's current productions including RadiantTV, Main Street, Pastor's Point, The Great Unboxing, and many other spots and specials throughout the year. He and his wife Jessie are active in their church and enjoy spending family time together with their four children.
Allie serves as the receptionist at WLMB. She assists viewers with donations made to WLMB and Radiant TV and also answers any questions people might have. In my free time, I enjoy using the gift of dance to share the Hope of Jesus with others. I teach at my dance studio where I also serve as a Resident Artist. In addition I enjoy painting in my small home art studio and spending time with family.

Cameron Reef serves as the Vice President of Production. With a background in broadcasting, his main responsibilities include producing on-air content that promotes the station and its programming, technical directing live events, and assisting as a lighting grip on commercial productions. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his close family and friends, attending rock concerts, and seeing the latest blockbuster movies.

Danny serves as a broadcast engineer. He fulfills the role of Master Control Operator while also managing The Great Unboxing Store
Isaac Darr serves at WLMB as a Production Assistant during the summer. He shoots and edits RadiantTV videos, organizes footage, and helps with productions. He is currently attending College at Cedarville University while pursuing his passion for the visual arts. In his spare time he enjoys creating podcasts, YouTube videos, and photographs.
Jamey Schmitz serves WLMB as the President and CEO. He represents WLMB and Christian television by serving on the Board of Directors for the National Religious Broadcasters. Jamey's duties often take him to Washington D.C. to lobby for Christ on the airwaves before Congress. Jamey is a loving husband to his wife Rachel and father to four beautiful daughters.
Jessie Darr serves in the programming department as the Traffic Manager. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children and engaging in her many hobbies that include gardening, beekeeping, biking, and hiking. She is always volunteering and active in her community and church.

Lexy Bialuk serves as the Vice President of Public Relations for WLMB. She heads up the Prayer Force for the share-a-thons and serves as the recruiter for WLMB's other productions such as Pastor's Point and The Great Unboxing. In her free time, she loves to play the piano, workout, and walk her dog, Cooper. She also loves serving in her church, where she plays the piano and leads the kid's midweek Bible club.
Scott Zaborowski has been serving at WLMB as Account Executive since August 2019. His job includes commercial sales and assisting production team in the filming of commercial spots. Previously, he served as youth pastor at Church of the Cross and manager at LifeWay Christian Bookstore for 22 years. Scott has been married to his wife, Julie, for 28 years and they have been blessed with four children - Scotty, Madi, Ella, and Grace.
Todd Minard serves as Chief Engineer. He fulfills the role of Chief Engineer and assists in visual effects during in-house productions. In his free time he enjoys working on his cars and roasting coffee.

Tyler Kempton serves as the Vice President of Media Integration for WLMB. With a background in creating content for online channels, he helps create and strategize ways to bring WLMB's Christ centered content to people around the globe. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son as well as listening to podcasts, building LED video walls, spending time with friends, serving in production at church, and playing trivia.
Virginia Bossa, graduate of The University of Toledo, serves as the Vice President of Public Relations and co-host of WLMB's Share-a-thons and flagship show, Main Street. She has served in broadcast ministry since 1995 and partnering with WLMB since November 1998. Virginia enjoys spending time with her awesome husband of over 20 years, Ben, and their four amazing children, Jared, Katie, Tyler, and Hunter.
