Andrew Gordon

Cleve Persinger

Cleve has served the WVCSB since 2016. Prior to God calling him to West Virginia, he held ministry roles with LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, Tennessee and The Summit Church in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. He is the founder of Creative Missions-mission trips for media professionals. Cleve and his wife, Katie, who reside in Charleston with their three children, opened a downtown store in 2018 named after Cleve's grandparents, Buck & Bette, who were from Pendleton County, West Virginia.

Eric Ramsey

Eric began serving WVCSB in February 2020. He had served as the associate pastor of First Baptist Church of Fort Smith, Arkansas, since 2015 and previously held roles with the North American Mission Board and Tom Cox World Ministries, a global missions organization. He holds an undergraduate degree from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, a master of arts in communications, with an emphasis in theology and missiology, from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, and was honored with a doctorate from The Baptist Theological Seminary of Trujillo, Peru. Eric and his wife, Gaye, have two adult children, Andrew and Alisha, who are both married.

Tim Turner

Tim joined the WVCSB staff in 2016 after serving Porter Memorial Baptist in Lexington, Kentucky for 16 years. He holds an MA degree in Christian Education from New Orleans Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Educational Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Tim has been involved in SBC life in various roles for over 30 years including serving as trustee for LifeWay. He was married to Shea for almost 25 years before Christ called her home in 2016. God granted them two wonderful children - Jacob and Haylie (Daniel Reeves) - and one grandson, Asher.
