EXOTIC RESORT ZOO

The Exotic Resort Zoo is an independently-owned safari that's home to over 600 creatures representing over 50 species... Johnson City is playing center stage for a total solar eclipse on Monday, April 8th, 2023! For that day only, we are requiring our visitors to purchase a parking pass along with tickets through our website. We have a limited number of parking and we are expecting a massive influx of visitors, so don't wait to reserve your spot!... For your visit, we offer one-of-a-kind Guided Tours (tractor ride) through the park. Typically, the longest wait is around 30-45 minutes, however this is subject to change depending on availability and the rate of visitors in attendance that day. In our opinion, the Guided Tour is definitely worth the wait for a more unique experience!
