FIRSTXTRA - Key Persons
Alan founded Firstxtra in 1994 and is still involved in the business and helps his son Chris.
Beth started her career with Firstxtra in May 2017 and became a personal assistant. Beth is now fully CeMAP qualified and can advise on mortgages and protection. She enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and shopping!
Chloe joined Firstxra in August 2020 and is PA to Senior Adviser John Murray, after previously working in recruitment. In her spare time Chloe enjoys going out for dinner and drinks and is always socialising with friends.
Chris joined Firstxtra in April 2004. As Managing Director, Chris looks after the daily management of the business, and specialises in mortgage and protection advice. Chris lives in Newbury with his wife, two children plus the dog and enjoys cars, holidays, running and watching sports.
Laura joined Firstxtra in February 2020 as the PA to Chris Hall, previously working as a PA to an award winning mark-up artist part-time while looking after her three daughters. In her spare time Laura loves spending time with her family and keeping fit.
Emma joined Firstxtra in 2016 having previously worked for Pepsico. Emma advises on Home and Contents insurance and helps with Business Development. Emma has lived in Newbury all her life and lives with Chris, their two children and the dog. She enjoys sunshine holidays, fashion and running.

Fatima started her career with Firstxtra in 2016 having worked in the mortgage industry for ten years. Fatima is fully CeMap qualified and can advise on mortgages and protection and is one of the Senior Advisers. Fatima enjoys keeping fit, socialising and spending time with her niece.

Hollie joined Firstxtra in December 2017 as a PA and shortly progressed to become a Mortgage and Protection adviser after completing her CeMAP qualification. Hollie enjoys shopping, going on holiday and spending time with her family and friends.

Imogen joined Firstxtra in March 2022 and became a PA to Beth Park. She is currently completing an apprenticeship in Business and Administration and in her spare time she enjoys seeing her friends, going out for cocktails and shopping.

John joined Firstxtra in 2014 having worked in financial services most of his adult life and is now one of our Senior Advisers. As a fully CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser, John can assist with all types of mortgages including purchase, remortgage, buy-to-let and other schemes such as shared ownership. John lives in Hermitage with his family and dog. He is a Reading FC supporter, enjoys music gigs and festivals and long country walks.
June joined FirstXtra in March 2023 after working for local government for over 30 years. June is now P/A to Paris and Pat and in her spare time enjoys holidays, spending time with family and long walks with the family dog.
Lauren joined Firstxtra in 2019 after studying at the University of Brighton for three years. She is now a PA to Ryan Facey and Beth Park. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys fashion and going out for cocktails and sushi.
Lilly joined FirstXtra in September 2022 and is currently completing an apprenticeship in Business and Administration. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping and going on holiday!

Patrick joined FirstXtra in Feb 2023 and has worked in the financial services for 16 years. He is fully CeMap qualified and will be advising on all areas of Personal and Business Protection.
Patrick lives in Swindon and enjoys playing Football, paddleboarding and going camping with his wife and 2 kids.
Ross joined FirstXtra in March 2023 and has been in the industry since 2018. He is fully CII qualified and can advise on mortgages and equity release.
Ross lives in Oxford and enjoys spending time with his partner and 2 young children, watching sports and socialising with friends.
Ryan started his career with Firstxtra in 2019 having advised since 2015. Ryan is fully CeMap qualified and can advise on mortgages and protection insurance. Ryan enjoys playing football, running and spending time with his family and friends.
Tori joined Firstxtra in 2018 and is PA to Grace Poole. In her spare time Tori enjoys days out with her three toddlers and socialising with friends.
