Almond Enterprises Limited (AEL) is a Social Enterprise company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Almond Housing Association... The feedback we get from our customers guides us to improve the services we deliver. We encourage all of our customers to get involved, responding to our regular satisfaction surveys, engaging with us on Facebook, becoming a member of the Association, or joining our Focus Group to carry out scrutiny activities to let us know what we could be doing differently... Although we aim to be a profitable and sustainable business, we differ from most companies by donating surplus profits to local community groups, charities and voluntary organisations via our parent company, Almond Housing Association.
