AAR, WCD is now in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior (MoL) and working in partnership with Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MOSVY) of Royal Government of Cambodia. AAR, WCD represents persons with reduced mobilities in rural Cambodia who were made disabled by war, mine, unexploded ordnace, diseases, birth defects and traffic accident... The Association for Aids and Relief, Wheel Chair for Development (AAR, WCD) is a local NGO which was established with an aim to provide services to persons with reduced mobilities so that they are able to participate in the social activities.
