Darell is a founding partner of Allante Properties, which was established in 2012. Core responsibilities include corporate oversight, advisor in acquisition deal structure and finance. After graduating from the Real Estate and Construction Management School at the University of Denver, Darell began his career in leasing retail and office. Later he developed shopping centers, built 2,700 homes with partners such as Mobil Oil, Prudential and Weyerhauser.

Daren has been in real estate since graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2005. Daren has entitled / developed over 450 acres of land and built / rehabbed over $100M of property. His main focus over the last 10 years has been in Multifamily development and value add acquisitions. Pioneering with his father Darell, they were some of the first developers in the nation to syndicate capital through advertising to accredited investors and raised $30M+ in equity to capitalize projects. His new focus is on land acquisitions and entitlements in Denver & Phoenix. Daren lives in Denver with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys traveling, skiing, golfing and creating value in real estate. Daren is actively involved with multiple charities, guest lectures at the University of Denver where he studied at the Burns school of Real Estate and a member of Urban Land Institute.

Results-oriented executive and advisor to Allante's leadership team, driving strategy and business results, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risk and reducing outside professional fees. Delivers creative, practical solutions to complex problems and closes transactions. Drawing from broad experience in several industries, client representation in complex litigation, and two decades of real estate practice, provides expertise in private equity syndication and all phases of real property finance, acquisition, development, management and disposition. Matt graduated from University of Colorado in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in finance and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1993 from the University of Denver, College of Law.

Olivia graduated from the University of Denver in 2020 and earned her degree in Business Management with a minor in Business Ethics and Legal Studies. She was in the Daniels College of Business as a Daniels Fund Scholar, valuing character, leadership, community involvement, and academics. Her responsibilities include asset management, investor relations, financial analysis, and managing company logistics. Olivia's background is in marketing, sales, and project planning/ execution.
