We do not need the union to negotiate payroll deduction with the company... Once the plan is in place, all claims are filed by Allison-Brock, Inc. with the insurer of the plan. We help facilitate both the short-term and long-term disability benefit claims filed with the insurer. All STD and LTD benefit plans are fully insured by the union's insurer of choice.
