Fatima Robinson

Fatima Robinson was recently invited to teach a master class at the White House to celebrate African American Women and Dance. Renowned for her ability to blend classic dance-styles with her distinct hip hop flavor, Fatima has choreographed for notable spots including Target, Chanel, H&M, Burberry, Pepsi, Gap, Ipod, Nissan, Verizon, Motorola and Heineken. In addition, through her work with artists such as Britney Spears, Meghan Trainor, Pharrell Williams, Black Eyed Peas, Fergie, Gwen Stefani, Lana Del Rey, Usher, Sade, Prince, Rihanna, Major Lazer, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J Blige, and more, Fatima has been the choreographer behind many of the most memorable moments in dance entertainment. On television her choreography has been featured on such popular shows as the Voice, Dancing With the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, and American Idol. Fatima choreographed NBC's live television production of THE WIZ, which aired last holiday season. She also served as segment producer for the Weeknd's performance of "Earned It" at this year's Academy Awards, and choreographed Pharrell's unforgettable performance of the hit song "Happy" at the 2014 Academy Awards. She also notably choreographed the 2011 Super Bowl Halftime show with the Black Eyed Peas, 2012 Coachella Tupac Hologram, as well as the 2007 and 2009 Academy Awards, making her the second African American woman in history to do so (Debbie Allen was the first). Recent film credits include Anchorman 2, This Is the End, and Lifetime's Whitney. Fatima's unique vision expands beyond just the steps of the choreography and into the outstanding overall look of these events as producer. She recently produced "Taking the Stage: Changing America", the concert honouring the opening of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. Fatima also served as executive producer for VH1 2016 Hip Hop Honors: All Hail The Queens, which took place at the Lincoln Center. In 2014/2015/2016, she served as segment producer and choreographer for NBC's hit series the VOICE. Fatima has also been the creative director behind such notable events as Fashion Rocks, BET Awards, The American Music Awards, and the Grammy's. As the New York Times notes, Fatima is "one of the most sought-after hip-hop and popular music choreographers in the world". She has received numerous MTV VMA nominations for Best Choreography, including for will.i.am's #thatPOWER video, and was recently nominated for Video Director of the Year for the 2015 BET Awards. Her work as a choreographer and video director for the Black Eyed Peas has also earned her several MTV VMA nominations, including a win for Best Hip Hop Video for "My Humps" and Best Choreography for "Hey Mama". Fatima was also the creative force behind breaking artist Meghan Trainor and was the director of "No", "Dear Future Husband", and "All About The Bass" (over 1 billion hits and counting). She is also the director and choreographer behind the popular commercial campaigns for Nair and Old Navy. Fatima is acclaimed by critics and peers alike and has received multiple nominations for American Choreography Awards, Choreography Media Honors and a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for Outstanding Choreographer - Off-Broadway, for her theatrical debut, Radiant Baby, a musical based on the life of artist Keith Haring, produced and directed by George C. Francisco Negrin

Francisco Negrin is a multi-faceted creative director mostly working in opera but also in a wide range of events such as pop concerts, a museum opening, a fashion show for Louis Vuitton, three major ice shows and a 1-kilometer-wide spectacular for the Dubai World Cup. He has also written and directed stadium shows like the opening ceremony of the Panamerican Games in Lima and one of the largest ever performed: the opening of the 2017 Asian Martial Arts games, with 6000 performers. He has directed over 70 critically acclaimed productions in the leading opera houses around the globe, many of which have been televised and released on DVD. The Royal Opera House in London, Chicago Lyric Opera, the Liceu in Barcelona, the Royal Danish Opera, Sydney Opera House, New York City Opera, L.A. Opera, Monte Carlo Opera, the Teatro Real in Madrid, the Dutch National Opera in Amsterdam, San Francisco Opera or the Thé tre des Champs Elysées in Paris are only a few of the major companies where Francisco Negrin's work has been presented. His work is distinguished by faithfulness to the culture or piece he is presenting, refracted through a thoroughly modern but elegant sensibility that adapts to the matter at hand rather than impose on it, and a strongly visual and kinetic approach often described by the press as "cinematic". Jermaine Browne

Jermaine Browne is a highly sought-after choreographer, artistic director, movement coach, teacher and model. His international appeal is rooted in an undeniable ingenuity that gracefully blends powerful movement with emotionally-driven sensuality. His signature style has generated an illustrious career that boasts a roster of celebrity clients, fashion powerhouses, and top commercial brands including Gap, Nike and Toyota. Jermaine got his break as a performer in a Blockbuster/Visa commercial with Cindy Crawford. He was hired to choreograph music videos for Christina Aguilera's "Genie in a Bottle" and Jennifer Lopez's "Love Don't Cost a Thing." In 2005, he contributed to the European MTV Music Awards, which subsequently led to choreographing for Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, Justin Timberlake, Selena Gomez and Jennifer Hudson. In the fashion world, Jermaine has choreographed award-winning fashion films and shows for Carolina Herrera, Rachel Roy and Marc Bouwer among others. He has collaborated on a dance-inspired collection with Dominic Louis, and served as movement director for Nike and Ralph Lauren advertisements. For over a decade, he was supervising choreographer for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, and worked as a movement coach for Tom Ford, Mick Jagger, Emily Blunt and Kate Hudson. Known for his powerful productions, Jermaine has created for Leona Lewis' UK Labyrinth Tour; the 2012 London Olympic Games; the Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics Champions with Gabby Douglas; and various tennis tournaments and basketball halftime shows. For television, Jermaine has choreographed performances for Jermaine Paul on The Voice, Ella Henderson on Sunday Night at The London Palladium and R&B singer Kem on Good Morning America. More recently, Jermaine has served as art director, movement coach, and choreographer for America's Next Top Model, The Voice and The Voice Kids Middle East, and Little Big Stars Middle East. He has also worked on a DirectTV performance for Jennifer Lopez; commercials for car and clothing brands; and productions for Youth Square and I Dance in Asia. Katya Bourvis

Katya Bourvis is an award winning Choreographer and Movement Director with an extensive international performance career (English National Ballet, Stuttgart Ballet, Royal Opera House) working with some of the finest choreographers within ballet, contemporary dance and opera. She's worked extensively in branded content, music promos, editorial and film. Clients and partners include Chanel, Nowness, Bremont, Polydor and Schön Magazine. Katya has worked on multiple projects nominated for BFI and UKMVA awards working with talent such as Papaa Essiedu, Harris Dickinson, Sam Fender and Laura Bailey - to name a few. She prides herself on being able to draw the best performances out of both dancing and non-dancing talent, but also in being able to proactively develop each project's creative identity. In 2021, Katya was awarded an Artist in Residence grant at Sadler's Wells, and she has gone on to direct, choreograph and sound design a series of her own films, which have premiered at a variety of acclaimed film festivals and online magazines. In her own work she creates worlds that hover between dream and reality, navigating human desire, connection and transcendence. She's passionate about championing inclusivity and multi-disciplinary process, and her work often incorporates sound design, fashion and classical text, as vessels for intimate, multi-layered and unerringly contemporary story telling.
