Located just outside of Houston, TX., Arnold Deer Processing is the place where we process your deer and exotics exactly the way you desire it. Our facility is located just off Highway 290 in Hempstead, Texas, making it easy for hunters traveling the 290, I-10, and Highway 6 corridors east or west to stop in. Arnold Deer Processing, also known as the "Sausage Shack", is the place where our slogan is "You kill it, we chill it, and you grill it!"... Our motto at Arnold Deer Processing, is "Your Meat, Your Way". We know you spend countless hours and money to harvest game and we are here to make sure you get your own meat back, unlike other processors who combine multiple hunters meat and bulk grind. We also guarantee it will be made into the product of your choice, and you can choose any combination of seasoning and add-ins that we offer. Any smoked products are slow smoked the old fashioned way, no added smoke flavoring.
