Our practice team has a variety of clinicians who are available to help you, this includes GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants, First Contact Physio, Mental Health Practitioner, Care Coordinators, General Practice Assistants (GPA), Phlebotomists, Health & Wellbeing Coaches... Our Patient Coordinators are trained in Care Navigation and will direct you to the most appropriate service to be dealt with in the most effective and appropriate way. Care navigation can occupy many roles and plays a crucial part in helping patients get the right support, at the right time, to help manage a wide range of needs... Our reception team is available to help you with appointments and enquires. They can deal with you face-to face or over the telephone between the hours of 08:00 -18:00 Monday - Friday. All information is treated in absolute confidence. Their job is very demanding so please try and be patient.
